Elizabeth is a highly skilled and expert family law lawyer who approaches all her client matters with compassion and understanding. She provides insightful and strategic advice in family law, estate planning and estate administration.

She successfully represents clients in and out of court and strives to achieve outcomes that support the wellbeing of her clients and their families.

Committed to understanding and honouring the complexity of each situation, Elizabeth guides clients through what can be an extremely stressful time in their lives, towards a more positive future.

Elizabeth began her legal career working as a clerk while still at university. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University in 2004.

In 2005, she was admitted by the Supreme Court of Victoria and initially practised in the general commercial law before focussing her attention and expertise on family law and estate law.

In 2016, she joined her father and mentor, Gerard Conlan, as partner of Conlan Cummings. In 2023 she became the firm’s principal.
