With over 25 years experience as a conveyancer, Lorraine Farrugia works closely with clients to achieve their property goals.

Whether clients are buying or selling, are first time home buyers or experienced in the residential or commercial property market, Lorraine ensures they are informed and supported throughout the conveyancing process.

From the preparation of documents for settlement date, ensuring all special conditions are met, checking the title and the history of the building, to reviewing building permit conditions, and dealing with banks, Lorraine conducts a thorough due diligence process to ensure her client’s interests are protected and their needs are met.

Lorraine works closely with other members of the team, and if required, will refer clients to one of the firm’s expert property lawyers if a more complex legal property issue arises.
